My name is Al Stover and I am the Sports Editor of the Easterner newspaper. I am a journalism major and a fiction writer, who has written anything from dragons flying in the sky, to cage fighting. My dream is to work at a major magazine or newspaper and to become a best selling author.
I am a fan of MMA, boxing, kick boxing, and even pro wrestling. I write and post about anything that involves combat and fighters, including comic book superheroes and villians, because those guys and gals are fighters in their own right.

Who do you want to see lose their title in 2012?
So I saw a question posted on facebook earlier this morning; which UFC champion do you want to lose his title in 2012?
Although this isn’t really anyone I want to see lost their championship in 2012, I think there will be a few more title changes to come, especially with the bantamweight and heavyweight championships.

I love the angle they are taking with this. Dos Santos out to avenge his teacher Big Nog against the man who broke Nog’s arm.
Dos Santos was able to knock out Cain Velasquez and take his title, but if Mir can take it to the ground the champion may find himself in trouble.
