My name is Al Stover and I am the Sports Editor of the Easterner newspaper. I am a journalism major and a fiction writer, who has written anything from dragons flying in the sky, to cage fighting. My dream is to work at a major magazine or newspaper and to become a best selling author.
I am a fan of MMA, boxing, kick boxing, and even pro wrestling. I write and post about anything that involves combat and fighters, including comic book superheroes and villians, because those guys and gals are fighters in their own right.

2012 Combat Sports Resolution: Pro Wrestling match #2 - Creative Control (Harris Brothers) vs. The Filfthy Animals (Konann and Billy Kidman)
This was a quick Monday Nitro WCW tag team title bout that featured Kidman and Konann defending their championships against Creative Control, who competed as the Blu Brothers and the Disciples of Apocolypse in WWE.
As with many matches during the Russo-era of Nitro this was quick and had some high spots and a decent display of power from Creative Control. However, I felt the finish was a little cheap, having Kidman to yell at Torrie Wilson and Eddie Guerrero after seeing what the commentator described as “Hanky Panky” leave so the the twins can gang up on Konann. Konann showed some resiliency in the beginning, but it wasn’t enough.
